Cash on Delivery (COD) may or may not be available based on location and product type. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, or technical errors.

4. Exchange / Replacement Policy

We do not provide returns or refunds. Exchange or replacement is allowed only if: The product is received in a damaged condition, or A wrong product is delivered. Customers must raise a request within 24 hours of delivery with proof (unboxing video and images). Once approved after inspection, the exchange/replacement will be processed within 1–2 working days.
