No Return or Refund:
We do not accept returns or issue refunds once a product has been sold.
Exchange / Replacement:
Exchange or replacement is available only in the following cases:
The product is received in a damaged condition
A wrong product has been delivered
You must raise a request within 24 hours of delivery with proper unboxing video and images as proof.
After inspection and approval, the replacement product will be delivered within 7–10 working days.
Cancellation Policy:
Once the order is confirmed, cancellation is not permitted under any circumstances.
